2. Why is this file important? Scientology is a cult. They have codified their recruitment techniques. This document shows their codified recruitment techniques.

5. Why was it leaked? There is currently a massive effort to expose Scientology's illicit actions. Scientology is practicing covert recruitment techniques and there is a large contingent of people trying to counter the recruiting and reporting illicit recruitment to the authorities.
