Summary

1.5 Gigabytes of recordings and documents from Cafe Stereo internal computers. Cafe Stereo, despite its rather bland name, is a Bolivarian movement revolutionary radio with ties to the Colombian marxist revolutionary group FARC-EP. Included is an interview with Commander Raul Reyes, the FARC-EP spokesman who was assassinated by a combined US-Colombian operation in early March 2008. Also included are several unreleased recordings and working documents.

All the files were created during 2007. Wikileaks has converted 11 WAV format recordings to MP3 format to assist distribution, the archives are otherwise pristine.
