Purported President Chavez resignation letter. Although it seems likely that this has appeared before (though Wikileaks can't find a copy easily on the internet), it clearly still has political currency and regardless of veracity is an important historical document that should be subject to analysis.

Description (as provided by the original submitter)
Scan of the resignation letter during the April 11 2002 Coup atempt. His signature is clearly visible along with his handwritting. This proves that during those days, there was, effectively, a vacuum of power.
